I really enjoyed the free subscription, wish I had the budget to keep it going since we can no longer watch ads for tokens. Developers have explained why in response to some other reviews. Content wise, some of the clues are a bit weird and occasionally repetitive, but still far better than any other free crossword apps I've tried. The difficulty is unpredictable; I finished some of the classic puzzles in 3 minutes, but struggled for hours on the cryptic ones!

Not for me. Not all bad, had some design issues, but the clues are good. Get two puzzles for free, then have to pay. Lost me, though when it didn't save my progress. Can't be doing with that

Each time I leave the game and return later I lose my progress and have to start again... not good, eventually got fed up and deleted game. Would be very good if fixed as was enjoying the cryptic crosswords. Shame.
