SetApp

SetApp connects you with verified wellbeing hosts for private one-on-one voice and video sessions. Whether you want to unwind after a long day, talk through what's on your mind, or simply spend quality time in a healthy conversation, a trained host is here to listen.

Every Host Is Verified
Hosts on SetApp are not random strangers. Before taking a single session, every host completes:
• Identity verification
• Credential review
• SetApp training on conduct, boundaries and user safety
• An evaluation session and approval by our admin team
Host ratings and conduct are monitored continuously, and hosts who fall below our standards are removed.

What Sessions Can Help With
• Unwinding after a stressful day
• Talking through everyday worries
• Spending quality time in a positive conversation
• Having someone attentive to listen, without judgment

Private and Safe by Design
• Voice and video sessions are encrypted and never recorded
• One-tap disconnect, mute, block and report
• Every report is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours
• Hosts keep everything you share confidential
• Sharing contact details, meeting offline, and romantic or sexual conversations are strictly prohibited

Simple, Transparent Pricing
Pay as you go with Session Credits. No subscriptions and no auto-renewals. Each host's session rate is shown before you connect. If a host doesn't join or a session fails due to a technical fault on our side, your credits are restored.
