I have never seen so many customers concerns ever...and you are not dealing with them...because your app is simply unusable for most...it should be very simple to use...can't you see that..I've been in customer service for most of my corporate career the most important person is your customer and it seems that you do very little to to make it a better experience ...it appears tgat you do not care... that's troublesome ...if it wasn't a gift I'd seen it back...

Utterly useless, for some reason my phone can't have the normal alexa app and as my alexa decided to disconnect from the Internet suddenly I had to find another app, this one sounds perfect "setup for alexa echo dot" it's idea of setting up is telling you to download the proper alexa app. Wish I could give it a zero it doesn't even deserve one star. Also the app itself is far more complicated than the normal alexa app
