I only receive the alerts on my account when I open the app. For example, I hadn't opened my app for a day or two and then opened it today. My email suddenly got flooded with automatic deposit and other notices from the last couple of days. It defeats the point of having account notices. Also, the redesign is frustrating. I used to be able to access my account with pin. Now, I have to enter my long password every time. I don't use biometric passwords with my phone. They are less secure.

Really inconvenient they got rid of the email verification option, if you are overseas you will be locked out of your accounts and the only method for verification is through a tex message or a call, something that does not work in all countries regardless of the phone provider you have.

Evrytime I want to log in it makes me sms verify, even when I say remember this device. Also takes like an entire week for the full amount of a mobile check deposit to come through. Really lame.

I have a long complicated password and used to log in with a short code after authenticating for the first time. I can't do that with the new version of the app. I also find the sharing of my personal financial data with third party vendors abhorrent. I love SFFCU, but their technology adoption has made me think for the first time in more than two decades to start looking for another bank.
