Generally fast timing updates and UX is smooth. Would be better if we could create our own groups/tabs with specific bus stops/buses, such as one group/tab for going out and one for going home. Using the auto location feature to get nearby stops requires a short waiting time for location to refresh, which gets annoying, so group/tabs would make the experience smoother.

Bus timing function has been accurate, but I am unable to change/ select my starting and destination location from the dropdown list. Only able to change location to current location. Good app nonetheless

Very easy and convenient app to use. Quick customer service and overall the best bus app for SG bus timings. very, very minor differences in ETA and the actual arrival of buses. You can improve on the directions as the route will say to get off at a bus stop and walk to your destination when you could get off at the next bus stop in the same bus and walk less to your destination.

Right now 13:26-2026/06/12 the App is Not Working Well, ALL buses+timing in ARR.... BEEN HALF a hr. May switch if it continues... been using for yrs.

Today I just wait 99 bus at bonlay shoping center. This app show 99 bus coming time is 33 minutes later, so I rent a taxi to come back to home. But while I book a taxi, the 99 bus is arriving to the bus stop which I was waiting there. Please follow the updated information. I spend 10 sgd for taxi but bus 99 arrived to the bus stop. Please solve that pb.

Recently the timing is getting worse. Now it's totally inaccurate. Bus timing can indicate 10 to 20 mins waiting time, however the sudden bus can pop up from nowhere. Either LTA is implementing emergency bus insertion, or the app is wonky.

Bus No.62 time always not right. Show up 2 mins afterward suddenly change to 9 mins then change again to 7 mins afterwards change again to 4 mins. Change again 6 mins

It prompted me the next bus to b 4 mins later. When I checked back after a few mins, it prompted me 6 mins. This is not reliable it prompted me 5 mins for bus 325 at chinese garden. I waited 10 mins. I might as well continue w my train journey n walk home.
