My dealership gave me the opportunity to purchase this service for my new car. Thus far, they have been unable to fix a problem with the app that will not let me log in. The app can't locate my email address. I have requested their help several times. I hope they do a better job in locating stolen vehicles with their GPS than email addresses.

I've been working on hooking this up. It promises to send an email then doesn't. It won't let me log in. It won't let me set up on a PC, (if it does it's hidden). Tried to get a refund, but it's installed, so I'm going to keep trying
