Using this app for one year now, and so far so good! I would just improve it and this point: when starting the app, if Bluetooth and GPS are not activated the app becomes not manageable, to the point that I have to restart the app. And for me, that I mostly use the app to control via gateway e.g. via Internet, is quite annoying. I would ask to optimize the app, and make it possible to use also without the need to activate Bluetooth and GPS, and remind activating them if strictly needed.

I am an installer and trying to set up LEDDIM Smart TW switch. When programming the buttons the only options are ON/OFF and dim. I have been messing with this for 1.5 hours now, pairing/unpairing removing group, tried Dimming and Tunable White mode, trying every available option of adressing buttons and there is no option to trim the temperature.

Now it is impossible to check boxes to activate timers. Connecting to dimmers has gone from taking ages to not connecting at all. Looks like you made a near useless product even worse. Quite a feat. I will be in contact asking for a full refund for the 20+ dimmers in my house.

Green light on smart plug was flashing, but it would not pair. It scans for devices but gets nothing. Smart Geat Wi-Fi Smart Plug.

Horrible and unnecessary. SG is not a huge manufacturer of smart devices, so they do not need their own hub. It would be way better if SG decided to do something sensible like not using Bluetooth for communications, and switching over to either thread or Z-Wave. The hub has a total of 17 supported devices which is just sad. I don't think you can control the devices remotely, but if you wanted to you need to press the devices to make changes to them. Would give 0 stars. The latency is also bad
