Generally a good app/device. Not entirely intuitive, but even two years after the last update it works at least as well as expected and almost as well as hope. Now if I can just figure out how to set it up on my new phone...

I really don't understand the low reviews. Installed the app and hit the Bluetooth button on the app... then the plus button... then held the locator button for 5 seconds and poof done. Don't want notifications just turn off the sounds in the settings, and it will only beep when you hit the G in the app. Stupid simple.

Device works perfectly. I read the low star rating reviews, and it seems these customers did not read/follow the simple instructions. It took mear seconds to connect. The instruction booklet has a section giving a brief description of what each setting does; read it.

This doesn't work. At all. And the random ringing or "separation alarm" is ridiculous. It kept going off when the keys and my phone were in the same place in the kitchen. Guess you get what you pay for.

The app makes your Smart gear tracking tags unusable. App is constantly blasting the ringtone dozens of times throughout the day, full volume even when phone is muted. There doesn't seem to be a way to control this in the app. Whenever I touch the settings icon in the app, the app closes and throws an error: "Something when wrong with SG Tracker. SG Tracker closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error"

Waste of money! App keeps closing when I press the settings button, key fob keeps beeping and phone won't stop ringing so loud which makes my dogs bark! Another thing is it tells me the last location was at my house (duh) and then the key fob doesn't beep. I'm shocked the pairing worked.
