Currently, completely inoperable. Opens and force closes immediately. My blinds are completely inoperable, so I've got $400 worth of junk. Samsung S24

We have 14 motorized blinds and use of this app is extremely trying of our patience. The tech support from Select blinds has been of no help, and I wonder at times if they even understand what Bluetooth technology is? Been dealing with this for 2 years now.

I have 4 blinds, which I purchased at different times. My android devices will only connect to blinds that I set up using the Android app. I have never been able to connect to blind that were set up on iOS apps, even though they are listed in the Android app. I have been able to connect to all blinds with all my iOS devices, so seems like android issue. In addition, it seems like functionality was recently removed from the app that allowed you to open/close multiple blinds with one button.

Hello. Is there anybody out there? When the bloody hell are you going to return the functionality that was removed with an update? The automation (e.g. grouping shades together, etc.) is what made the app useful. If nothing else, provide us with the old version! Geez!
