App works well once everything is configured. Configuration with the hub was a lumpy process last year, but once completed things work nicely. Would be very helpful if the order of the scene groups could be changed. Right now you can change the order of scenes within the groups, but not the order of groups themselves. My most often used scenes are in the "Multi Scene" group which is at the bottom of the scene group list and that is a bit annoying.

Excellent way to control my Norman honeycomb blinds! The hub also integrated easily to Google for voice control of individual. Only feedback to the developer would be to allow creating rooms and assigning blinds to the same irrespective of remotes. Currently, if you have one remote for the whole house it only allows one room and adds all the blinds in there. This is silly as with Google home integration and this phone app, I don't really need a remote for every room, the remote is just a backup.

Hub refuses to connect to the app. Keeps saying password is wrong or Bluetooth isn't working. Cannot use special characters when creating password for new account. Really cheap feeling hub as well.

A bad app is worse than no app. Spend some money folks. Fix it. The shades are nice but the app wrecks the experience.

The App Is Horrible. Connected Hub To Wi-Fi Numerous Times. App Displays Wi-Fi Info But Doesn't Populate Control Settings, Therefore No Functionality. My Only Control Is A Single Remote. Really Frustrated With Any Support Other That A Video, Or To Report Problems To Home Depot. Hub Doesn't Work.

This app is bad. Documentation inaccurate - it is impossible to work with only Ethernet - will not work without connecting to Wi-Fi. Looks absolutely horrible on Pixel Fold big screen, the stuff that matters isn't shown, instead, giant useless icons that don't have good description. Unfortunately, integration without the Shade auto hub and this horrible app is not possible.
