Server issue after completing the level and when we restart then we have to complete the level again 😭😭. Although game is good but need improvement in server and sensitivity

This game's management is terrible. If they can't even save users' progress properly, why did they make the game in the first place? Every time I uninstall and reinstall it, my progress gets reset to Level 1. I've already reached Levels 30–40 several times, and now it's back to Level 1 again.

Very Disappointing Experience One of the worst gaming experiences I’ve had. I tried contacting support about several issues, but I received no proper response. There are so many problems with progression, and leveling up characters can feel unnecessarily difficult without spending money. The worst part is the Arena. Sometimes an extra character gets merged with the opponent’s character, and we can’t properly access or control the character. There are many other issues that need to be fixed. H
