New updated review. Long story short, you're on a full-fledged virtual machine. You can use it for anything you could use any Windows machine for. As for gaming, there are a few technical issues you'll likely have to work through, especially on mobile networks. Need a vpn for stable connection. You'll have to know network settings to make it run smoothly. Being it's a vm and Windows 10, there are some drawbacks, but it's not terrible. 4 stars cuz there's still small room for improvement, but not bad.

It would be really helpful if you guys could set it so that trying to run software that uses virtualization doesn't completely break streaming. It didn't use to do that, it would just tell you couldn't. Not only that, but it seems that you've made your virtualization restrictions even harsher, because I never had a problem running Cheat Engine, and I'm now being told that's what broke my PC. I'm now having to factory reset my PC for the second time in less than a month.

CANT PLAY STAR CITIZEN OR ELDEN RING OR CRIMSON DESERT OR CHIVALRY 2. EASYANTICHEAT Won't LET THEM RUN ON VIRTUAL PC. Shadow PC is the best there is. I hate easy anti cheat so much. They are haters. Shadow pc runs games on max settings no problem. Damn you 3asyanticheat! Hang in there shadow. Ur the best.

Wow. I've been with Shadow since the beginning and have even referred it. I bought the proprietary equipment "Ghost" to have the best service. Yet today I am unable to access anything for ages. When I finally can my Shadow VM has no support. Chat only available in French and no answer from the support tickets. I've really been through alot with them but this for £30/month after years of loyalty and simply no response or warning or anything. A dieu

Product is fine. Support is bottom tier trash. I submitted a cancellation via support (because shocker there's not an option to on your own), still got charged for the following month because they never put in the system to cancel it. Contacted customer support again to cancel it and issue a refund because the product has now not been used for 2 months due to me already canceling it, and they said they can process the cancellation but don't do refunds. Would not recommend solely due to support.

The service itself is awesome. Computer works wonderfully. The android app sucks. It constantly disconnects and then when I reopen the app it says im not connected to the internet for about 10 or 15 minutes [which is untrue] or throws some other error. I have seen at least 10 different error codes. And ive only been using it for about 24 hours. Ive tried everything from clearing the app storge, the cache, reinstalling the app, and rebooting. doesn't matter, it still gives me errors.
