The hopeless error codes when I open the app after 30 minutes of inactivity. 2) Some lag issues. 3) Worthy of a monthly fee subscription. (The industry is still developing). I paid the full "ultra" whatever-monthly plan. 4) To show a fully interactive Windows OS "desktop" image through my phone - is fantastic. Hobbyists... 😳 5) You can use a PS5 controller on your android phone to access CoD:DMZ Beta. And access Steam: State of Decay 2, H:SD stopped after a few weeks of functionality.

While it didn't always do exactly what I wanted and there were a few hiccups here in there. Wholly satisfied with their service, worked better than steam stream from a high-end gaming Pc in the same apartment. Plus they made it easy to cancel. Four stars because they promised longer "unattended" hours (for automating processes while disconnected for instance) than they delivered in the beginning but still good.

Been using this service for what feels like years now, there is absolutely nothing that comes close to the level of service you get on Shadow. All other services of this kind either have ridiculous price ceilings or restricted time limits. This however has neither. Looking forward to many more years!

This service just keeps getting worse and worse. A couple of years ago it was great. Now using the upgraded gaming subscription I can't even stay connected when running simple or older games. I have fiber-optic internet with over 1 GBPS, so you can stop trying to blame your customers. The monitoring tool doesn't even function anymore. Don't waste your money. Go to GeForce Now, or NZXT. Shadow PC is nothing but a migraine and a waste of money.

You pay money every month for a product that frequently makes you wait in a queue to use it, and if you don't get into your PC in time to do whatever you need, screw you. This appears to be the attitude of Shadow PC.
