I have lots of suppressed emotions and aggression in my childhood people were bullied me for my looks my figure, skin and all my career path and lots of family issues caused so much health issues and my emotions and suppressed aggression embedded me inside wholly. I just can't focus on my work and anything even in mediate situations I can't concentrate seriously I don't know I have lots of issues I am tired of doing everything my mind is lost and I fully feeling exhausted. I have lots of fear

Ok so I got the book, but I also downloaded the app I spent $20 on it expecting to do the course, and it was just the introduction that is a RIP-off because I thought I was paying for the course. The app is a waste you do better just buying the book the actual course is $229.99 they are crazy if they think people are going to pay this price they just lost one.

Couldn't even open it, signed up with email, and it died. Benefit of the doubt, reloaded and it died again. Didn't want to believe the shite reviews, hoping there were bug fixes done but no. Uninstalled

This is app is a standalone from the book. Not worth the $20 if you already have the book, which I do. If you have not purchased the book, this might be what you are looking for. Reviews that are from last year, feel like they are for another app.
