Shake to Unlock using your phone's Accelerometer to capture the movement of your phone, if you SHAKE your phone, the screen will turn on and you can get rid of broking your power button.

Good app, please add two features.(1) Use proximity sensor to avoid unintended wakeup when phone is in the pocket and user is walking/running.(2) On and Off time.that is App should automatically starts at say 06-00 AM and automatically stops at say 23-00 PM.Also please use angle sensor so that screen be wake at some angle(Raise to wake).
