The app itself is good and the practices authentic, but the people making up the Shaolin Temple Europe preach what they don't apply in their own lives and that makes me reject everything. The hypocrisy is too much for me. If you're only in it for the practices, then I recommend, just don't listen to what the people say about life, perspectives, etc. I hope the truth about them comes out in the future and people can make the decision if they want to follow them or not based on truth, not lies.
