Placed my order March 8, 2025, and it still shows unfulfilled. Email customer service, received a ticket number and still have not received any more information regarding my order. According to the website, orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days, and states they are Trustworthy. We deliver on our promises with transparency and reliability. Customer service is garbage. 2 mins after placing my order, I noticed I forgot my Apt # I immediately started chatting, emailing and calling (the phone would pick up then hang up) shapely still mailed out my package missing the Apt # and didn't get back until over 2 days later. Of course the post office couldn't deliver without the Apt # and resent it back to Shapely. Shapely still has not resent my purchase with the corrected address, and it has been 7 days

My first experience was really good. This second time around is poor. I place my order April 27th. It is now May 13th, and I am just now hearing from someone because I Google a number to call their customer service. The number that's posted on their site is not in service. It's hard to get in contact with them. I do like their products, however, I don't like not being able to get in contact with a merchant when I'm in need of help. Things are still not resolved. Will not order again. Smh
