Comments on Share My Location for Android

★★★★★ Nice simple app designed along the lines of doing only one thing, well. I'll give it 5 Stars when I'm able to configure what text it sends (I know I can do that in the 3rd Party Share screen). At the moment it shares Address, Google map, Apple map and GPS coordinates. Unfortunately it also sets up the Google/Apple Maps with directions on how to get to my Location, from the viewers Location. This is another feature that I would want to turn off. One feature I have not tested is the Address Translation. On experience I have found that sometimes the GPS coordinate given is a 'refinement' based on the (postal) Address. This is okay in the city, but in the country, this can be miles off. (NOT TESTED.)

★★★★★ Great app easy to use and easy to share location via all other sources like email message and WhatsApp as well.

★★☆☆☆ This app creates comparatively long map link and even that link's location shows 900 m away on Google map while staying and saving location of same place. Improve and also add exact postal address of sharing location.
