تطبيق "شارك 2030" هو أول تطبيق إلكتروني تفاعلي، تٌطلقه وزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية بهدف توعية المواطنين بالبرامج والمبادرات والمشروعات التنموية، التي تنفذها الدولة. ويسهم التطبيق في إتاحة الفرصة للمواطنين في المتابعة التشاركية الفعّالة، واقتراح مبادرات ومشروعات ذات أولوية، إلى جانب نشر ثقافة قياس الأداء في الأجهزة الإدارية للدولة وبين المواطنين، ويتم أيضاً إتاحة البيانات التفصيلية لأهم المشروعات المُنفذة في المشروع القومي لتطوير الريف المصري "حياة كريمة"، وذلك في إطار حرص الوزارة على تفعيل المشاركة المجتمعية ودمج المواطن في منظومة المتابعة. يستعرض التطبيق متابعة تنفيذ أهداف التنمية المستدامة، والبرامج والمؤشرات المرتبطة بكل هدف، والتعرف على أهم المبادرات، وكذا المشروعات المرتبطة بكل مبادرة، مع إمكانية إضافة مقترح مبادرة. ويسمح كذلك بتصفح المشروعات الجارية والمنتهية وفقًا للمحافظة أو القطاع، وتقييم ما تم إنجازه من هذه المشروعات، من خلال متابعة معدلات الإنجاز بالمقارنة بين المستهدف تنفيذه وما تم تنفيذه بالفعل، مع إمكانية إضافة مقترح أية مشروعات يراها المواطن ذات أولوية مع تحديد موقعها الجغرافي بشكلٍ دقيق. ومن خلال التطبيق، يمكن متابعة أهم الأخبار الخاصة بوزارة التخطيط والتنمية الاقتصادية والتعرف على خطة المواطن الاستثمارية، التي تصدرها الوزارة بشكل سنوي لكافة محافظات الجمهورية.
