Their service is getting worst and worst. This was an amazing app at the beginning. You dial customer service to talk to someone and the call automatically hangs up when you pick a language. I've been sending money to the same person on a regular monthly basis and all of a sudden they just cancel your transaction with no explanation. You can't even log into your account. Still, the charge is pending on my bank. Looks and sounds fishy so be careful.

Tried to send money to a friend in the Dominican Republic. The money was never received. Share Money says the transaction is complete, and the holdup must be at the bank, while the bank has never received any transfer. Custody Customer service is unhelpful. Based on my experience, I recommend avoiding this app.

All I can say is that this app has more verification requirements than a bank. I was patient to complete all their requirements including photo ID and bill. I send money about 6 times, and they block me. They want my SS number and I said NO cus I sent mostly $30 to support students. Boy was I glad they block me because I went back to the apps and discovered the best money transfer app EVER. Remitly is easy. It has the best rates ever. Am not kidding. Also sign up does NOT require photo ID or bill
