For two months now I cannot use the Fingerprint login. Every time I try to enable it, it says Something went wrong, please try again later. Any idea?

Unable to log in to the app with my username and password that I use to log in to the webpage. Unable to add a personal account or a brokerage account to transfer my shares. Impossible to make any contact with support for anyone located in Europe. I have my old company shares trapped in my Share works account, unbelievable how bad such a service can be.

When it works it's a decent app. However 60% of the time the app doesn't work. It won't let me log in, or it will tell me I have to go to the desktop website instead. Very poorly made app.
