★★★★★ Jan.2023 Latest update SUCKS does not show history, will not clean room you choose cleans the whole house or whatever it wants. Before the latest update it worked Great.... Now it SUCKS!!!!!! Shark goes where ever it wants to go except for where you want it to. Oct.2023 update totally KILLED it. The Wi-Fi is gone, but Shark customer service Did GREAT they replaced the whole unit even though it was out of the warranty buy a month. 👍

★★★★★ I love how it is so simple to figure out. How you can map out your whole house and send it to a specific room to vacuum or mop! Also, this is the first robot vacuum that I've owned that makes it back home to charge after cleaning the entire house!

★★☆☆☆ After recent updates, this app has rendered the cleaner useless. When you save changes, 1 or more rooms just disappear, undoing all your work. Huge waste of time. I don't give reviews very often unless I have an extreme experience. This has been an extreme experience. Extremely negative! I have wasted hours trying to work around the bugs. Can't use the vacuum cleaner anymore since rooms and zones previously coded just disappear unpredictably. The bugs haven't been fixed for a while now.

★★☆☆☆ The App is so immature. Shark needs to get with it. Makes you question their understanding of technology. First the intro showing a Shark vacuum sweeping the screen is annoying. The app should show you the location of the robot. The mapping is so inaccurate you have to be imaginative to get it to work on individual rooms. Rooms have to be over 11 feet, why? I installed Shark Clean skill on Alexa but have not been able actually get my Vacuum started from Alexa.
