I love it. I have osteoporosis, so I can't do the push/pull motion of the vacuum. The shark clean is wonderful. I don't have to find and pay someone to vacuum, and I can do it every day if I want. It's also providing entertainment for my husband and dogs. 👍

As of today 1/10/25 I can no longer open my APP for my Shark robot. Each time I click on the app icon it goes to load, then goes to Chrome at which time it says the site cannot be reached. If I have no app to use then my robot is useless!!

The app crashes at least 3 times when I open it. So I have to open it multiple times just to use. Matrix mop mode crashes the app. Spot cleaning crashes the app. Creating rooms is a pain. If you have any angles the room can only be created as a square. Need custom names for rooms vs the preset names. The app map needs to show real time location and progress of the robot. I bought this vacuum because our last robot vacuum brand had a twinkle app. I might be returning this is the app is bad.

Mdl# RV1501ZXUS vac w/app issues from day 1: Takes many tries to get it off dock for a room clean w/I’m stuck error but comes off dock perfectly for whole house. Latest app updates: On screen error notifications are annoying. History moved into schedule is awful w/many entries unable to render map. The last app update made the vac unusable. Once off dock it wanders around for a few minutes not following any pattern then docks again. Devs-> Roll back the latest updates or fix what you've broken
