Heartbroken when you removed the buying and delivery option. Yes, it might
look like not user friendly but once people know how it works it's just as
simple as othr app. I think you need to give a tutorial pop up for new
users so they stop complaining. Many people don't like to read FAQ, same
case like many buyers don't like to read the description and like to ask
questions. I guess you need to remove the cash and delivery option only not
the buying and delivery option. With cash and delivery, there's no
commitment from the buyer and when they decided they didn't want to buy
anymore they just didn't answer the call from the courier and all of us
ended up wasting time with return. Nowdays every body has credit and debit
card. it's very convenient to have buying and delivery option. Please
return back this feature. I didn't open the app anymore since you stop this
feature. Coz it's difficult to buy and sell without this feature and have
to arrange meet up.

This is a very nice app, although they deleted the pay and ship option. I
cannot blame them, as there are several people abusing it.Some will confirm
payment but will not answer the courier during delivery. So Shedd will bear
the charge for pick up and return for nothing. I honestly appreciate the
hardwork of these people, remember, this app is free where you get to
showcase your collection and market them to potential buyers. They are
helping us, so might as well reciprocate the effort. Overall, i still love
this app, and i hope they wont get tired of coming up with new ideas to
improve it.

Shedd now become worst!!! ❎ no more live chat ❎no comment section ❎real item not approve then if you send chat via email in message center they will tell you to pls repost it and they will allow then again the other team will not accept and not post it .I think the message center and the posting team have lack of communication I will say its 5/10 ❎no more pay and ship its fine coz some seller and buyer abuse this category ✔the team still lack of knowledge how to verify fake and real one coz I encountered this so many times

Nowadays Shedd is a very bad app. Lots of fake items are sold under luxury brands names. Selling fakes is prohibited in UAE however Shedd team doesn't care. There is an option of "reporting an item" in case if it's fake. This option is useless. As the team doesn't bother. They say "we will take a relevant action" and even weeks passed but nothing happened. Still those items are on sale and users exist. Lots of cheap users who offer you peanuts for your expensive stuff. Blocking option has to be added. Many users are gold shops who promote their business and sell gold. I bet Shedd is supposed to be a platform for private sellers. Not for commercial purposes. Also it mentioned to be a fashion platform. But I see now there is everything on sale: curtains, hangers, wigs, chargers and even human hair!!! Ridiculous. App is not monitored by the team at all. Very disappointed

Как е възможно такава липса на капчица уважение към работата на вашите потребители, които ви направиха това което сте!? Въпреки че нямаше напълно адекватна поддръжка на това приложение, ние работихме години за да стигнем до тук. Не се отказахме! Има потребители с качени десетки хиляди обяви и хиляди последователи. Това им е основен бизнес. Не се ли замисляте поне малко за това. Ако не припечелвахте достатъчно, това ли е единственият начин!?Да затриете труда на хората? Ръководството на SHEDD - Алчни и безотговорни!!!!!!!
