• Pick up the blind or pass, then bury 2 cards
• Jack of Diamonds partner or Call an Ace – your house rules
• Go alone when your hand is strong enough
• Everyone passes? Play a Leaster: fewest points wins
• Schneider and Schwarz, scored the way you know it
• 14 trumps: queens, jacks and diamonds, marked with a gold dot
