Sheet Music Scanner & Reader

★★★★★ Very effective app. I can sit down at my cello to practice, and when I get to a tough bit I can simply open this app, take a photo of the page of music, press 'scan' and the notes are ready to play. The really good bit is that the scanned page is visible, so I can start the playback at the right spot by simply tapping it. I can select speed of playback too, slow for practice and then up to full speed (or beyond) when I'm ready. All within the app. Scanned pages can be saved and retrieved.

★★★★★ Awesome! I highly appreciate the app is sold fairly without subscriptions or ads. Yes, the result will definitely depend on the quality of the sheet music, and occasionally it might read something wrong if the quality of print is low, but it's still very useful (and in most cases very accurate). Also, this app can play for me a piece of sheet music, so I can quickly check what should it sound like. I can export my scan to Music XML format and import in Musescore editor on my desktop.

★★★★★ This app is amazing. It allows you to scan and play music back, so you can hear it. It also is great for exporting music files as XML and then importing it into sibelius or another editing app. One should not steal music, but this allows me to edit music I own separating parts of eliminating tab parts so that there are fewer pages. A trombone part can be made into a horn part easily. What a great app. People expecting perfection from a picture are insane. For $5. This is incredible.

★★☆☆☆ Even perfectly clear music Sheet from Pinterest are not good enough for this app. So disappointed. A lost of time and money!

★★☆☆☆ For an app you have to pay money for, you should expect it to work. It doesn't separate different voice parts, which is fine my me. The real issues it is incredibly hard to get it to read the music accurately. On some sheet music, it can't read sharps and dlats, and it counts them as notes... I bought it, so I could save time on plucking notes, but it would save more time plucking them out on a piano myself.
