The app is pretty straightforward, and it does guide you through every step to get your order to you, but it does not allow some items like the fish sandwiches to have lettuce removed or other items. When there is an outbreak or a recall of certain vegetables, I would like to be able to remove those items out of caution. I also think the upcharge for many of the sauces is without warrant. The cost of most of the sauces is about equal to the sauces that are offered for free.

I found alot of cool foods and snacks and drinks and even more cool stuff. I love their hot foods and their milkshakes are sooooo good you have to try one of their many signature flavored milkshakes.

App is terrible. I used it once to redeem my rewards. Now it doesn't let me move my rewards purchases to the cart. And if I try to make an order. It goes to a sheet wanting me to buy or add a gift card. I don't want to buy or purchase a stupid card. I want to pay for my order. But it doesn't go to my payment or back. Or skip. It just keeps going to the stupid gift card. If you can't get your rewards' app to work right. I'm not buying a gift card

Thought I'd cash in some points and get a free hot dog, turned into an entire ordeal with me needing to buy more food than I needed to get my discount and all sorts of other foolishness. Waste of time keep the hot dog ill go get my fuel at krogers with points that work and leave sheet to play games with those that have time for it. Goodbye!!! :)

Their gas is garbage. After a few fill ups, even at premium grade and your engine will begin knocking. I have known several family members over the years that had to get their gas tanks dropped and drained from using exclusively Sheet gas. Next, you used to be able to get a chicken sandwich for $5 and the delicious patty was larger than the bun. Now it appears to be nearly twice the price and all you see is bun. They did away with the fries bucket. I could go on and on. Just drive on by.
