Sheiko Gold Workout Coach

★★★★★ This app is the best thing that has happened with my training. I am someone who loves lifting weights and competing, but struggles with keeping up with my programs and how they are progressing. With Sheiko gold all I have to do is to show up to the gym and the app does the rest. Amazing! The most helpful feature to me is the stress indicators monitor, as it keeps me put when I would most likely train too hard for too long.

★★★★★ Good app for powerlifting programming. I've only been using it for 2 months with intermittent access to the gym and without tapering towards a competition, and put 10lbs on my bench. My issue with it is there is nowhere to input cardio which is necessary for every athlete. There is also a lack of good accessory lifts already preprogrammed like standing overhead press, kettle bell swings, dumbbell rows, bent over rows, etc. They can be added manually, however. Lack of body weight option for weight.

★★★★★ One of the best no bs training apps for powerlifting. The AI auto adjustments to the training programs is top-notch. After 6 months of monthly payments I switched to lifetime subscription because I will be training with the app for a long time to come.

★★☆☆☆ Same workouts but a new layout. After 30 days you actually pay for the same workouts the only difference being you get the daily workouts with less input from you.

★★☆☆☆ Useless. Can't even create an account, when I try and enter all the details it says login failed.

★★☆☆☆ Works like it says it should and we'll enough. Except, it doesn't mention a subscription until the free period runs out. Or at least I didn't see mention of it. Then it constantly asks for background battery permissions, even tho, seems to work without it. The fact that it constantly asks...and asks and asks. Never stoping, seems sketchy. Like it wants you to hit ok out of reflex. Not a fan
