It'd be better if able to pay mortgage with more than one bank/payment method. I don't always have the whole amount in one account and have to drive around pulling cash out of ATM's to deposit into account I plan on using.

Shell point Mortgage servicing customer service is in my opinion-the worse in the Mortgage loan servicer in the mortgage business. If you are unlucky enough to have them aquire your mortgage servicing, be on your toes & look out for extremely bad customer service & reps that don’t understand how to solve simple questions. It's funny that Shell point Mortgage play store app states that they have "highly trained" representatives.... scary if they are truly highly trained!

I have found that not only is there app completely unusable but so is the website in general you can load into your account look at the basics of your loan, but you can't click it and go into the loan itself, so you can do a printout or anything really there's no options that actually work. The help auctions don't work. And it's been this way for a while. I don't understand how a company of this magnitude can have such poor IT development. It's extremely disconcerting.

The worst experiences with this company. Worst couple of years dealing with this mortgage company. Live agents are unable to resolve any of the issues. So much miscommunication between all the departments. Multiple 45 minute or longer phone calls spent primarily in hold. To be rerouted. The same issues month after month. Much added stress during my families hard time when my elderly parents were dying and needing to get things in order. Would NEVER have a. account with this company again
