March 25th update, all is working again. I'm not sure when it got fixed, but I've changed my rating to 4 stars Feb 26th update has once again made the app useless. I'm unable to update a schedule, and I've tried clearing the cache, deleting app data and finally a complete reinstallation. Thankfully the web interface still works. Thankfully my use of the app isn't critical.

I had a problem with the Shelly app – the icons and text were displayed very small. After contacting Shelly’s technical support team, the issue was resolved within 24 hours. They are a very competent and professional team.

A device no more working after more tha 4 years has been replaced by the customer support service in a very short time, thanks to the 5 years warranty. Very good service. Shelly devices are generally quite good, the app is well-made and complete, although I prefer to use the devices with open protocols in local network. I had to replace the Shellie 2.5 after some years because of the failure of a capacitor. The others are still working

Pretty good. I like the app, app look, and I am using it on a daily basis, a lot. What I would like to see in addition to POWER and REACTIVE POWER lines is the APPARENT POWER info-line, too. BUT it went microscopic today. I can't read or easily touch anything anymore.

I like my devices itself, but Shelly has very bad security practices. I can set my device to work via Zigbee by using a combination of buttons. Unknown to me, it turns out it still keeps Bluetooth enabled for anyone to connect too. You then have to use this app, which is a mess on its own, to first connect to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, before you can disable it again, with the device saying it'll enable Bluetooth at anytime it thinks it's needed?!?!?!???? This is insane.
