Description
Sherlock is a computerized version of logic puzzles, where you're presented with a series of clues that help you to determine the exact locations of all of the images on the playing board. The puzzles are all 4x4, 5x5 or 6x6. Each row of the playing board contains images of the same type (faces, houses, numbers, fruit, street signs, letters, etc). The game scrambles the locations of the items in each row (without showing you their locations) and then presents to you a set of graphical clues that describe the positional relationships of different images. You use the clues to deduce where things can't be (and where they HAVE to be) until you know where all of the images are located.
Sherlock Free contains 10 puzzles in each size for 30 puzzles total. The puzzles in the Free, Pro, Ultra, and Zen versions of the game are all unique, the four versions of the game share NO common puzzles.
Recent changes: Bug fix: if a cell was magnified, then the app was killed (automatically by the OS or by the user bringing up the AppStack and swiping the app away), then the next time the app was run it would seem to be frozen.

"Sherlock" was a DOS game on my very first Windows (3.1) computer. I downloaded "Dinner with Moriarty" as well back then. Glad the games are still around.
★★★★★
I've been playing Sherlock and Honeycomb DAILY since the 90's. When the app banner says -beware, addictive- they aren't kidding. Fantastic logic games!
★★★★★
Thanks a lot. Ive been playing Moriarty on my computer for several years, and wanted to play on my phone. Thanks for porting this one out, i hope you port Moriarty too in the future. Best wishes.

This is a great port of a classic logic puzzle game, and I've been using a version of it across a few different devices (and on two different app stores now). It's customizable in a few different ways, easy to learn (read the tutorial and use hints) and once you learn the knack it's addictive
★★☆☆☆
Badly needs a tutorial. The help does not actually explain what you are
supposed to do, just how the controls work.
★★☆☆☆
I think this game is useless. I did not find any instructions on what we
were supposed to do. I clicked on one of the pictures and it made a funny
monkey's laugh and said that it was a big mistake and to check the settings
on my phone
★★☆☆☆
Nice game but only "free" for a small amount of puzzles. Down rated since game is not free, it is a trial version.
