This app gets 5* by default for being the only app I've found so far that supports LLMs on android! But something major to flag is this can't support GGUF files at the moment, only outdated GGMLs which The Bloke doesn't even make anymore. So if you're hoping to run the latest small models like Zephyr-7B-beta you're out of luck :(

Requires 8 GB RAM this works with any of the LLaMA or LLaMA-2 base or fine tune models. I get roughly 2-3t/s or ~1.5 words per second, on my Pixel pro since LLaMA-2 has a commercial license now, I feel like more people should be working on projects similar to this one.
