SHIFT Bartender Community

SHIFT is a global community for bartenders and hospitality professionals. Discover events, meet industry people, learn from experts, and find your way — all in one place.

SHIFT Bartender Community is built for working bartenders, bar owners, and hospitality teams around the world. We bring events, education, and industry networking into one app — made by people from the bar world.

What you can do in SHIFT

Events:
Explore bar shows, guest shifts, takeovers, trainings, and competitions — globally and locally. Add your own event so others can actually find it.

Community:
Connect with bartenders, venues, and hospitality professionals across cities and countries. Discover new places — and the people behind them.

Feed:
Stay updated with what’s happening in the industry. Read posts from the community: opportunities, ideas, opinions, and real talk from working professionals.

Education:
Learn from experts. Read structured, practical articles on service mindset, career growth, culture, and bar operations.

Profile:
Create your industry profile and show your background and experience in hospitality.
