Shift Captain – Shift Calendar

After more than 10 years of working shifts, I built Shift Captain to solve the everyday scheduling problems I experienced firsthand.

A shift calendar for nurses, police officers, firefighters, factory workers, and anyone working rotating shifts.

■ Share Schedules with Family and Colleagues
Create a group to share your work schedules.
Find your top 3 matches for shared days off or matching shifts, making it easier to plan time together.

You can also share annual leave, days off, and half-day leave recorded in your calendar.
Choose which groups you share this information with.

■ Turn Schedule Photos into a Calendar with AI
Tired of entering your shifts one by one every month?
Upload a photo of your work schedule, review the AI results, and apply them to your calendar.

■ Create Your Own Work Schedule
Can’t find your workplace’s schedule? Create your own.
Set shift codes, repeating patterns, and start dates for each team to build a schedule that works for you.

■ Track Leave and Work Hours
Set your annual leave allocation month and reporting cutoff date to manage your leave.
Check overtime, night work, and extra shifts in your work report, and compare monthly trends with graphs.

■ Notes and Important Dates
Add notes to any date to keep track of plans and appointments.
Save birthdays, anniversaries, and memorial dates using the solar or lunar calendar, with yearly repeats and day counters.
Keep a to-do list and check off tasks as you complete them.

■ Make Your Calendar Your Own
Choose light or dark mode.
Adjust the calendar height, shift-code text size, and colors for a view that suits you.

From work schedules to plans with colleagues,
manage it all at a glance with 교대반장.
