Shiftgrid: Shift Work Calendar

Shiftgrid is a shift work calendar with no ads anywhere. Pick a rotation preset or paint your shifts straight onto the month, and the calendar, home-screen widgets and wake-up alarms follow. Changing one day never scrambles your pattern. No account, works offline.

• No ads: no banners, no videos, no pop-ups when you edit a day
• 12 rotation presets (5/2, 2-2-3, 4 on 4 off, DuPont, 3-shift, 6x2, 12x36, 24/48 and more) or build your own cycle of 1 to 42 days
• Paint mode: pick a shift in the palette, then tap or drag across the days. Tap the same chip again to return to the pattern
• Your pattern stays intact. One-day changes are stored separately, and a new pattern applies from the date you choose while the past is kept
• Wake-up alarms per shift type, N minutes before the start, with a full-screen alarm and snooze. An optional evening reminder shows tomorrow's shift
• Alarm diagnostics show notification permission, exact-alarm permission, battery optimization and the next scheduled alarm, with a shortcut to each setting
• Home-screen widgets: today and tomorrow, this week, or a month grid
• Notes on any day, a second shift on the same day, and start or end times changed for just that day
• Share the month as an image, back up and restore everything as a JSON file, and Android backup is on
• Unlimited shift types, the full pattern engine, alarms, notes, one widget, this month's hours, dark mode and backup are all included without Pro
• Pro adds up to 6 people on one calendar with shared days off, a pay estimate with overtime and night rates, .ics and device-calendar export, statistics, widget themes and alternate app icons
• Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, or pick the monthly plan with a 7-day trial
• Pay figures are pre-tax estimates from your own hourly rate and rules, not a payslip. Your schedule stays on this device
