Impossible to use during load-shedding Shikho needs to understand the reality of students in Bangladesh. We face constant power outages, yet the app won't even let us access saved questions or "downloaded" videos without a network connection. The download speeds are very slow, and files don't stay saved locally, forcing us to re-download PDFs constantly. The screenshot block also hinders study efficiency. Please make the "Download" feature actually work without internet!

A long time ago I opened an account on Shikho, but it wasn’t useful for me, so I uninstalled it. I had provided my phone number there, and since then, I’ve been receiving spam calls. That part is manageable, but the way they approach me feels very uncomfortable and somewhat creepy, as they try to pressure me into enrolling. They really should hire trained professionals to handle their phone calls.

Classes are not taken properly according to the course fee. For example, important classes like Bengali and English are taken very briefly and all the chapters are not covered properly. Except for two or three teachers, all the other sirs skip most of the topics of their subjects. I had enrolled in this course with high hopes after saving money, but it is fair to say that I did not benefit as much as I had hoped. Shame on you, I will never refer anyone to such a mediocre platform for admission.
