Content is good, but app is very slow, and also even though courses are purchased they don't open... it consumes a lot of time... and usually we don't have that much time... so we take few bites of the course in rush hours ...that this app does not support

Was eager to explore the app but ended up uninstalling the app, found a few major issues below with user experience (UX): 1. Asking for media permission at app launch without giving the reason for the permission 2. At sign-up asking for mobile number, I think you should allow users to explore the content app first and if they like it then definitely they will provide required data and will purchase the subscription/courses. So as of now uninstalling the app, I hope Vishal takes note of this.
