Shimmer: AI Live Wallpapers

Shimmer turns a photo — your loved one, your pet, your favourite view — or a few typed words into a smooth, looping video wallpaper made just for you.

Sign up free and you get credits to create your own, then more every day just by checking in. Type what you imagine or pick a photo, choose a style, and Shimmer renders a seamless live wallpaper on our own GPU machines. Set it with one tap, or save it to your gallery.

MAKE YOUR OWN VIDEO WALLPAPER
• Photo to video — bring a photo you love to life with gentle, natural motion
• Text to video — describe a scene and get a smooth animated wallpaper
• Seamless loops — the first frame equals the last, so the loop never jumps
• Made for phone screens — portrait, for lock screen and home screen

WHY SHIMMER FEELS DIFFERENT
• Made for wallpapers, not for feeds — tuned for phone screens, battery, and legibility behind your icons
• Your photos stay yours — a reference photo is used for that one render and destroyed right after; the original is never kept
• No ads. No third-party analytics or ad SDKs. We do not sell your data.
• Your works live in your library — download them to your gallery any time, delete them whenever you want

COMMUNITY
Publish a wallpaper to Discover and let others use it. Follow creators, add friends, collect likes, and level up as you create.

CREDITS
New accounts get free credits to try a few renders, and daily check-in keeps them coming. Need more? Top up with Google Play — your balance and every transaction is visible in Profile. If a render fails, the credits go straight back.

PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR, AND WHY
• Internet and network state — to render and download
• Notifications — to tell you when your wallpaper is ready
• Foreground service — so a long render is not killed when you switch apps
• Set wallpaper — to actually apply it
Nothing else. No camera, no microphone, no location, and no access to photos you did not pick (we use the system photo picker).
