The app is generally easy to use and has great potential, however some improvements are sorely needed: 1) ability to import images with 1:1 scale; as of now, it's almost impossible to import pixel-perfect images to screen resolution. 2) ability to manage content uploaded to mask; without it, the change of images using gestures or button is kind of useless because the image set and order are unpredictable, even images deleted from My Materials still show up

I use this for my bike helmet, and it's very good, and I never have any issues linking and syncing it BUT when I go to the music section to have it show the beats on the back of the helmet it requires me to leave the app open, so we can say access to the microphone (I wish you were able to allow it to access your microphone while the app is in the background) so I can play games on my phone like Pokémon Go or monster Hunter/exercise apps while playing my music and have the helmet show the beats.

So after downloaded the app I tried to pair but wouldn't pair, so instead I made the connection on the app worked a treat, I can add anything and everything. Press connection from app in order to pair and connect easy-peasy

The "Shining Display" banner at the top as of 10/29/2025 covers the Back button and more at the top as displayed in app screenshots. Android Back navigation button doesn't work, have to close the app and reopen it any time I want to return to the previous screen. Often doesn't even establish a connection, so multiple attempts are needed. Don't seem to be able to manage faces downloaded to device.

I bought the helmet display which I guess uses the same app as the mask well it refuses to pair with my Google Pixel 4a 5g phone so keep that in mind may work for your phone if differ just make sure to test as soon as you get it, so you are still in the return window.
