This app used to work very well, all of a sudden it keeps closing and will not let me go in. Not sure if I'm the only one having this problem. Now that I think about it, this is happening on my s23 ultra, it was not happening on my S9 Plus, anyone else has this issue? *update, I went in and played with settings, looks like I got it to work on this phone 👍🏾

I had this app for a couple of years now but the beginning of March 2024 having problems logging in its says due to inactivity been working with customer service for 3 weeks no help this app is terrible on March 26 Finally got my app to work. I had to reset my phone for all applications

App does not open at all. Trying to log in says web tab has crashed, and I've uninstalled and installed many times but still can't log in. this app is just frustrating to use since the last update

App won't let me log in randomly after working fine for months. Randomly forces you to change your password (even after you JUST changed it), but that only goes through a few days after you do it, so you just can't get into the app sometimes for weeks at a time. There's no help and noone trying to fix it. The app is as useless as the company management. Thank you for your time, do not use csx if you can help it.

I'm having the same problem that this driver have: p not working for Gate users. And the worst it is that the customer services does not help. They don't know the system at all. Keep repeating the same thing over and over and does not make sense. For example, I got 5 drivers just in the past week (since they updated the app) that have the same problem. Register to the Xgate user, getting email to verify and set up password and then we got error message thay there was error and to try again later.
