Customer service is very poor, all our tickets (taken from other seafarer feedbacks and personal) don't have good progress towards rectifying. Even just inquiring about the spelling of the answer that was input for the security questions takes almost a month to provide. Cx service were asking questions for security like they are not dealing with seafarer who have limited internet. They don't even named any cx service handler who's assisting us during the time. Just random guys!

Low transfer rate from USD to PHP, takes 3-5 business days for transfer from Ship money to Philippine local banks, expensive withdrawal fee. Just good for paying abroad
