Technical support is the worst I've seen, they just copy - paste messages, and give no clear answers. Also, u cannot send money to a business, exchange rates are bad, everything sucks about this card. Highly suggest not to use!

Customer service is very poor, all our tickets (taken from other seafarer feedbacks and personal) don't have good progress towards rectifying. Even just inquiring about the spelling of the answer that was input for the security questions takes almost a month to provide. Cx service were asking questions for security like they are not dealing with seafarer who have limited internet. They don't even named any cx service handler who's assisting us during the time. Just random guys!

One of the worst apps I have ever seen once you lose money there is no way you can get. They tied up with Western Union, and they are also looting us because they don't allow you to use your rewards points so every transaction they are charging you and making millions. I do not recommend this app to hold your money as seafarer
