Shipt has allowed me to continue living in my 2nd floor Condo home. I have Neurological issues that make climbing stairs difficult. App frequently requires you to sign back in even when you are in the middle of checking an order. Not enough drivers to deliver orders quickly, so the delivery times get pushed back for hours then eventually to the next day. Chat support is SLOW and non-responsive. So glad I was able to try this service for free as a promotion. Would not pay for it.

Definitely not the right delivery company for me. I need drivers that can read letters on building, numbered on doors, and verify they are delivering packages at the right address. Sure in the right complex, but wrong door. Sure you sent a pic of the drop-off but the # of the door was blacked out and there were no other identifying factors in the pic. So "it's a no" for Shipt "you will not be getting the gold ticket" to shop/ deliveries for me. This is why the old school way of shopping is bette

The disappointment is the price gouging by HEB &/or the app itself. HEB Owns most of the stores on the app & the mark-up makes buying direct from the store online more of a savings than this app. None of the stores sale items show on Shipt app also. Kroger's store didn't show all the items for sale on the app. ... I will not be renewing, not much of a benefit over direct buy or Instacart or Amazon.
