Margin, Performance and Brokerage if you are trading in options, you can go with this brokerage as Low brokerage only. No other value added by them. If you are an option seller with pledge margin, they will charge extra margin over and above what other brokers are asking for each trade. If you ask for clarification on that they will not answer your questions. Performance of the app is dead slow, you cannot open charts and see it. It will take some time 2–3 mins. Poor service and nothing else

Very slow app, delay observed in LTP price update on Sonya app. And interface is also not user-friendly. Please follow the Zeroth kite interface very user-friendly and fast price update. Improve your app performance and interface. Feedback already given to the shoonya support team but still no improvement. Your app is very outdated, please try to learn from Zeroth, Nadia, Sahi and angel one etc. with this attitude of not improving you will be out from the market.

Aap logonko koi ek specific date he kya glitches ko thik karne kii just abhi hii fund add Kiya payment hua successfully bhi hua par app ke andar aaya hii nhin 🙄 (0)brokerage ke liye shoonya meh Account open Kiya tha agar brokerage dena hii hain toh @angleone bhi behetar he kamse kam usme itne Jada bugs toh nhin he and sabse main customer service wale inke toh phone hi nhin late emergency meh
