★★☆☆☆ I really tried to like this game. But I am uninstalling it. The design has so many annoyances, I can't enjoy playing it. The inventory system is a visual nightmare. The game design is unintuitive. The questing system is overly complicated for a game that's about being a shop keeper. The craftable items are identical to the ones in the original game, so there was no innovation or creativity there. Gone is the ability to donate gold to a city to improve it. Instead, it seems to be automatically upgraded as you play the game, which prevents players from focusing on specific areas to improve. But the thing that finally pushed me to quit was, if you get kicked out of a city for any reason, you can't join another for 12 hours. It was extremely punishing to get kicked from a city because I needed 8 hours for sleep, only to find I couldn't rejoin one the next morning. This system gives city leaders way too much power over players' game experience, and not in ways that improve it.

★★☆☆☆ A very poor knock off of the original Shop Heroes. Support is horrible taking days to get back to you and losing out on progress while waiting.
