Fast loads from page to page. But very particular searching keywords rather than broad results to explore other products. First time trying syrup at home and we are very excited. We received FREE Delivery and will hopefully get it in a timely manner. Our local coffee shop uses this brand, and we can't wait to put our Espresso machine into overtime with this already very tasty and essential syrup.

Difficult login. Tried my email which failed multiple times. Tried login with Facebook, wouldn't log in. Reset password just in case, tried to log in, nothing. Clicked out of app and website, finally login was successful. Then I went to shop & put multiple syrups and pumps in cart, cart stays empty! Tried to set up payment method & it wouldn't link to PayPal, unable to add credit card. How do we order if website & app refuse to work? Tried weeks ago too, and called, can't order via phone.

TAKE CARE!!! I order some products on the app, at this time I never received a shipping information and I keep trying at many different times to call to the company, and they never answer, say the same thing over and over that they don't have anyone available to take your call.
