1. WHY not listing flash business app on T6 app market? 2. Still with new T6, why locking settings, can't even set screen lock; what's the default DEVICE password? 3. Kindly add pay bill payment with profit plus. 4. Kindly allow airtime/data direct top-ups like your competitors. 5. Kindly add all LTE data top-ups for all networks up to maximum sizes and don't limit to 10/20 GB. 6. T6 device waste paper kindly adjust font, spacing and printing properties to be the same as P2. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a mistaken top-up I made using the Shop2Shop app. The funds were incorrectly sent to Shop rite, and I reported the issue immediately after the transaction. After following up, Shop rite has confirmed that the funds have been successfully reversed back to Shop2Shop. However, despite my efforts and reporting the issue promptly, I have still not received my refund from Shop2Shop. It has now been 14 number of days
