They will take your hard money for onboarding after payment they will not receive call and reply message

Very bad experience. No one is there to reply you after launch the website. May they have some vendor meta ad account in which they transfer money from their account not from the clint's. This is the hidden thing they are earing lot of money. When I give the website and meta ad to other experts, we got more order in less budget. They have fake audit sheets of fake clint thatol show u on Google meet. One month they are not giving the deposited 5000 even.

I’m in marketing myself and outsourced to reduce workload, my experience with Shop desk: Onboarding is quick. But marketing team is unprofessional and delays crucial changes, wasting ad budget which hurts campaigns in learning phase Appealing strategy promises at onboarding, but basic changes are ignored even after repeated requests. You have to raise queries repeatedly, and tickets get closed without proper resolution. Their staff seems focused on quick ticket closure rather than solving issues
