Your sensitive products search history and search suggestion will stay permanently at the search bar without any remove or clear function ! Shopee really no respect to customers privacy, really shamed for Shopee app ! My advice is shift to Lazada if u want search personel sensitive products ! no, any help button inside the app to solve the privacy issue ! Shopee should learn from Lazada about how to respect customers privacy search history otherwise many people will uninstall shopee !

Now just returning a defective product is just a hassle. Better to leave one star instead of submitting all evidence. I provided video evidence, and they asked me again for video evidence, outer packaging, inner packaging, all items received, and clear Airway Bill!! Evidence requested is just diabolical yo. They going to ask for ur fingerprint, eye biometrics, face ID, Passport, IC, Driving License, Birth Certificate, Resume, Cover Letter and an alibi in the future. Be prepared.

Slow and frustrating help service, even agents write like the AI Bots and issue apologies but no resolutions, just deflections. Delivery service has become from decent to worse than Temu or Lazada. Packages are wrongly delivered, delivered late at night I.e. 11pm or even later, just thrown on the porch or even left outside the gate for people to steal. Return and refund is another failure, they give you 5 days to return but when you raise a return, they never pick it up on the time assigned.
