I still can't claim coins from watching their videos, says I'm not eligible for the task. This is my 1st time to encounter this bug, and it's been months they're not fixing it. The help center says I have another hardware using this app when I only have this phone. Troubleshooting has been done, but still it did not work. Until now, help center has not replied after my troubleshooting. I really hope they do something about it.

Shopee should make a selectable default courier on the account not during ordering because I always miss changing courier and auto select SPX which is very slow delivery. I ordered 2 unit on the same shop and the same time but different courier. Guess what? The other courier took only 6 days, but SPX? ITS's BEEN 10 DAYS and still not making progress. If only I can upload proof here for comparison.

Prices are deceptive. Prices ramps up once you check out the product. For example, a gaming chair shows 2,040 but when you check out, boom! It is now 3,020 plus the shipping fee. There's no indication why the price has gone up...this is just too deceptive tactic....will be using Lazada or facebook marketplace for now until this pricing mechanism is fixed

Delivery instructions don't work, or your SPX drivers just ignore it because I keep clicking on "call before delivery" and they don't. They keep giving it to my neighbors who I don't like and don't like me. I'm going to pay off my spay later and uninstall this app because I'm sick of this humiliation ritual every time I have an order.
