★★★★★ Meh... I love the shop goodwill website, but the app is sub par. Also, alot of the shipping prices are ridiculously expensive! However I do still love to shop here, I definitely recommend just using the website it's much easier to navigate

★★★★★ Can you make an option in the settings to turn off the auto-scrolling pictures? I'll be trying to hold on a picture of something to take a good look at it and the app just keeps trying to scroll through all the pictures. It's extremely frustrating. That is all.

★★☆☆☆ Shop Goodwill would be a much better experience if they didn't have employees hired just to bid up customers to get them to pay more!! I know this, because I know one of the employees. You can tell they are bidding you up, because if they win, the item gets relisted right away. Also, lower the outrageous shipping costs. And allow local buyers to pick up their items instead of shipping them. COVID MANDATE IS OVER!!!

★★☆☆☆ They charge $20 plus tax for shipping even if I buy a single item like $10. Why not use USPS for something light?
