This helps me so much with my business. It gives my customers a way to contact me directly, so I know immediately when they send a message and can reply quicker than to an email. Works great Shopify, good job on this app. Now if only your price could come back down a little, hard to afford. However, I do see improvements in service for sure, not that it was needed. Unprofessional service. Watch using any apps for inbox or period. I am racked with over $400 in free trials that have been credited by the app stores and shopify won't honor. Chose wisely

Was told this was the way to access the "support inbox" to check on logged support tickets. It appears to not be the case.

I do not understand how Gmail can open in 0.2 seconds, but this app takes 15 seconds to open. How is this app so poorly optimized? It's kind of a necessary evil if you're a Shopify store owner, but it's almost cruel that we pay so much for a service with such abysmal apps. I love my Shopify store but both this and the actual Shopify app are laughably bad in their current forms.
