★★★★★ We did our first pop-up event processing with the Shopify Tap & Chip Card Reader and did several hundred in sales with no issues. Worked like a charm! And it was pretty neat how customers could just tap with their phone.

★★★★★ Reader not connecting! Just bought this reader, and I have no issues connecting my other Bluetooth devices. Please fix this issue Update: I restarted my phone and unpaired the device from my Bluetooth. Turned it back on and followed through with the pairing and connection steps and boom it connected!! I'm very happy! I changed my 1 star to a 5 star!

★★☆☆☆ The Shopify POS app has a lot of issues. I bought a tablet stand and card reader dock, and getting a card reader to stay connected with the dock is a nightmare. You pretty much have to stick to a Bluetooth connection but even when I get the card reader dock to connect, it prompts me to update the reader and the update keeps failing, which means I can't use the dock at all. I was told to update it through BT, but it doesn't prompt me to update through BT, only when it's connected through the dock.

★★☆☆☆ I constantly have connecting issues with the hardware and while using it with customers, you cannot enter amounts with descriptions only, but must select each inventory item. It takes too long to do that and then have connecting issues on top of this. NOT Good! I get very angry customers for having to wait and then worry if their card has been charged for tapping so many times!
